Laser cut
The use of state-of-the-art technology allows us creating complex cutting operations that guarantee finishes of great quality and precision.
All the systems at our disposal have been carefully configured to work independently 24/7, ensuring rapid production even when we have to make large batches. To respond quickly and promptly to your needs, we also have a well-stocked metal sheet inventory, which is automatically managed via software for forecast use, along with a wide range of materials, from high-strength steels to stainless steel in different types and finishes.
For cost-effective purposes, we use a thickness of 20mm for common steel and 12mm for aluminium alloys.
Bending
The use of different machines, including a robotic one, allows us responding with agility to your needs for bent products. The quality and scalability of Metallaser Metal Solutions will allow you creating products with perfect couplings to optimally leverage the functionality and aesthetics of the product itself. The most complex folds will be managed with moulds we design and manufacture.
Welding
The welding processes and quality controls of Metallaser Metal Solutions range from simple MIG or TIG welding to certified welds with breakage, water and smoke seal tests, and many others. We complete our offer with machinery for electric, aesthetic, sealing and stud welding, even on aluminium alloys.
Glazing
The brushing and satin finishing system is able to eliminate any defects left by the work and give the metal its typical opaque effect. Metallaser Metal Solutions allows you choosing the desired finish from many different available options, guaranteeing fast execution times and impeccable results.
Finishing
The aesthetic quality finish allows the product standing out among its competitors; to this end, Metallaser Metal Solutions has partnered with the “Surface finishing” network, the largest European group in the surface-finishing sector.
We meet all your needs, offering you the most suitable finish to make the most of your product. We offer many different coating proposals, thanks to a wide range of colours and colour renditions studied specifically by our partner Corallo Verniciatura to give your products a touch of uniqueness that cannot be found elsewhere.
Assembly
To complete its creations, Metallaser includes a department for the assembly and packaging of finished products ready for shipment.
3D Rendering
We print your ideas and make them real. Using high-strength mechanical ABS filaments, with a maximum 90 micron finish, we can create aesthetic prototypes, functional or components intended for the final market.
The maximum working range is y200mm x200mm z200mm.
Larger objects are made in several pieces then assembled together.
We can also make virtual existing 3D products or environments, bringing the customer into a new dimension based on virtual reality.

Continuous investment in sophisticated measuring equipment is governed by our internal control procedures.
This allows us providing our customers with a real quality warranty.
We only use certified processes and materials. Each product can be supplied upon request accompanied by documentation certifying the process, from the casting number of the material used up to the final conformity check.
We are also equipped with a precision measurement department for special products, with real-time dispatch of control reports; we can supply products tested according to specifications, as well as aesthetically perfect.
